Nobody talks about this part of operations.
Six months into The Operator Track and one of the biggest things I am learning has nothing to do with systems or tools.
It is emotional intelligence.
Before you manage a team, a client or a business you have to manage yourself first.
→ Someone is being aggressive in a meeting
→ Three things broke before… -

I was a Client Success Manager at a digital marketing agency.
They handed me access and expected me to figure it out.
So I did.
And what I thought was just another tool turned out to be one of the most valuable things I learned in my entire freelancing career.
GoHighLevel teaches you how…

The client was not getting the results they paid for.
They stayed anyway.
Not because of the numbers. Because of the relationship.
Check in calls. Quick chats. Honest conversations about what was working and what was not. Feedback that never got ignored.
That is what kept them.
A good customer support specialist or client success manager is not…

96% on a tax assessment I had never taken before.
Not 100%. That one missed detail is going to bother me for a while. 😄
But ten years in customer support taught me something. Experience is not a reason to stop checking yourself. It is actually more reason to.

I used to think it was just me not wanting unfinished work on my plate.
But ten years in customer support taught me it was never about the task.

💭 “Will someone hire me?”
💭 “There are so many experienced VAs. How can I compete?”
💭 “What if I’m not good…
