What you can do after you read the book

Each skill applies to work that you do for clients every week.

Explain to a client why AI makes things up, and how you prevent it.
Write prompts with a role, rules and a format, so you get the same result each time.
Teach the AI a client’s brand voice with 2 or 3 examples.
Ask for exact formats, such as tables, lists and word limits, that go straight into client work.
Put pasted content behind a fence, so hidden instructions in it cannot take control.
Build a test kit of 5 inputs and keep versions of your prompts, so quality stays stable.
Set the creativity dial (temperature) for data work, summaries or brainstorming.
Choose between ChatGPT, Claude and reasoning models, and prompt each one correctly.
Link small prompts into a reliable workflow for tasks that repeat.
Decide when the AI can work alone and when you must press send yourself.

VAs who understand how AI works can do more for their clients. This book teaches the basics of that skill. The quiz is difficult on purpose, so that your certificate means something to a client.
