I have spent over ten years making sure people feel heard, problems get resolved and businesses do not lose the clients they worked hard to win.

That started in high volume call center environments where I learned fast that accuracy, patience and genuine care are not soft skills. They are the difference between a customer who stays and one who never comes back.

From there I moved into roles that gave me a wider view of the business. As a Client Success Manager at a digital ads agency I was not just talking to clients. I was running daily meetings with the CEO, coordinating across automation, SEO, media buying and appointment setting teams, managing onboarding and launch calls, monitoring performance and making sure nothing fell through the gaps.

I learned ads. I learned SEO basics. I learned project management, cold calling, retention strategy and how to hold a room of department heads and direct a conversation toward a decision.

And through all of it the thing that never changed was this. The work is never just the task. There is always a person on the other end waiting for someone to actually show up for them.
