The Direct Employer plan is free for a limited time. It normally costs $25 per month. You do not need a credit card to join. The Agency plan is priced by quote.

I’m Aaron, an AI Automation Specialist based in the Philippines.
I design and build systems that actually run businesses, not demos, using n8n, Supabase, and Claude/OpenRouter. My own consulting pipeline runs on a system I built myself where intake, qualification, booking, and proposal drafting, are all automatic. I’ve also built a full…

One thing that slowed down my VA portfolio was not a lack of effort. It was the fear that I was building it incorrectly.
I started it weeks ago, but I became so focused on choosing the right words, projects, and layout that I eventually stopped making progress.
Today, I returned to it with a different goal: not to make it perfect, but to make…

Thanks for sharing!
When I look at portfolios, I put more weight on the contents within the portfolio page. It’s proof of work so I can gauge competency. Another important piece is ‘proof of value’, like 20% ROAS, 20% increase organic search. And social proof, that is where blog posts, thought leadership articles, activity feed shares,…

something I’ve noticed after working with freelancers AND businesses for years…
the service you’re BEST at isn’t always the easiest one to sell.

“what am I good at?”
look around too.
~ what skills keep showing up in…

a little reminder for today because I need this too :>
you don’t have to turn every empty space in your calendar into something productive.
sometimes you use the extra hour to plan.
get something done.
finally finish that thing you’ve been putting off.but sometimes….
you can just leave it empty.
rest.
go somewhere.
spend time with people you love.

I talked about this last week, but I wanted to share it here too because you might find it useful.
“How much should I charge?”
We spend so much time trying to find the “right rate” that we sometimes forget:
Hourly isn’t the only way to get paid.
You can get paid based on:
~ Time (you get paid for the time you work)
~ Value (you get paid based on…

There’s nothing wrong with calling yourself a Virtual Assistant.
But when thousands of people use the same title, you need to make it easier for clients to understand what separates you.
Instead of stopping at your title, tell them:
~ What tasks can you take off their plate?
~ What tools do you already know?
~ What problems can you help solve?

I am currently into heaps of task to do at the moment, currently re-launching my digital product creation, which I have been idle for such a long time, refreshing the modules, and planning a re-launch and content planning, as well as my daily 9 to 5 job, and online job hunting.

All of your hard work will be worth it at the end. 🙂 Looking forward to what you come up with!
