Technical Virtual Assistant (Operations, Shopify and Design Support)

Assist World is hiring a technical virtual assistant for a client in the home furnishing and design space. The role mixes operations, Shopify work and design support.
What you will do
- Manage three or more inboxes. Set up filters and automations.
- Reply to suppliers and internal contacts.
- Manage Shopify products, apps and integrations.
- Support email campaigns, social media and Canva graphics.
- Track data and KPI reports in Excel.
- Make furniture layouts, mood boards and room concepts.
What you need
- At least 3 years of virtual assistant or similar experience.
- Hands-on Shopify and design tool skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Nice to have: Power BI, email marketing, and automation or AI tools.
Schedule: Full time. Pay: USD 1,200 to 1,500 per month. Apply before: November 14, 2026.
