Virtual Assistant, Tech Setup and Digital Infrastructure

Assist World needs a tech virtual assistant to build the digital setup for a solo founder. The role starts at 10 hours each week on a 2-month contract. After that, it continues month to month.
What you will do
- Build a personal brand website, preferably on Shopify, with course pages and checkout.
- Set up a new Google Workspace account and professional email addresses.
- Move email from IONOS. Point several domains to the new website and configure DNS.
- Build funnels, landing pages and email sequences in GoHighLevel or Shopify.
- Document each setup so the client can manage it alone.
What you need
- 3 to 4 or more years as a tech VA, online business manager or digital setup specialist.
- Hands-on Shopify and GoHighLevel (or a similar CRM) experience.
- Google Workspace admin and domain management skills.
- Some overlap with UK working hours.
Schedule: Part time, 10 hours each week to start. Pay: USD 250 to 350 per month. Apply before: November 16, 2026.
