GoHighLevel Support Virtual Assistant

Level 9 Virtual is hiring a support virtual assistant for clients who use GoHighLevel (GHL). You give first-level phone support and help clients fix problems while they are on the call.
What you will do
- Answer support calls from GHL clients.
- Fix common problems, for example texts that do not send, wrong appointment reminders and workflow errors.
- Show clients how to use basic GHL functions. Use clear, patient steps.
- Record problems that you cannot fix. Send them to the back-end support team.
What you need
- Mid-level GoHighLevel experience.
- Call center, BPO, customer support or technical support experience.
- Strong spoken English.
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.
Schedule: Full time, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Pay: USD 5 to 7 per hour, based on experience. Apply before: November 26, 2026.
