GTM Engineer

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who knows how to turn strategy into pipeline.
You’ll build and optimize outbound and inbound systems using tools like Clay, HubSpot, and modern AI workflows. This role sits at the intersection of growth, data, and automation.
What you’ll do:
- Build and scale outbound campaigns using Clay
- Design and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and reporting
- Enrich, segment, and activate lead data across channels
- Implement AI-powered workflows for prospecting, personalization, and follow-ups
- Collaborate on messaging, ICP targeting, and experimentation
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Clay and HubSpot
- Comfortable with APIs, automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), and data workflows
- Deep understanding of GTM systems, funnels, and conversion metrics
- Builder mindset. You move fast and ship often
Bonus:
- Experience with AI agents or prompt engineering
- Background in startups or agencies
