✅ 3+ years of Technical Support experience
✅ Sharp problem-solving skills — you don’t stop at “I don’t know”
✅ Communication that’s clear, calm, and actually helpful
✅ A customer-first mindset, always
✅ SaaS experience? Big plus!

– Full-Time | Shifting Schedule
– $10–$13 USD/hour
