You’re the one if you:
✅ Have experience in property acquisitions, real estate, or land development
✅ Build relationships that actually go somewhere
✅ Communicate and negotiate like it’s second nature
✅ Can manage multiple deals without dropping the ball
✅ Understand the Australian property acquisition process
