  We are expanding our team at Pegasus with a need for a virtual assistant that has high agency and founder-skills/mentality. We’ll start you off around 10-15 hours a week, with compensation of around P10k a week.

  Table stakes:
  High agency, founder mindset
  Highly organized and multi-tasker
  2hrs overlap with EST time

  Skills:
  AI-native (Claude or ChatGPT)
  Project management as an EA or project owner
  Social media posting across main channels (articles, short-form video, StoryTap, etc.)
  Content calendar and keeping stakeholders honest to their deliverables
