| Professional Background | I have over 13 years of experience in customer service and operations, from banks (Buisness Banker at JP Morgan Chase) , insurance company (Manulife) and BPOs in the Philippines handling US, Australia and UK telcos, and fintech and e-commerce companies the UAE including roles that were already at a senior level. In those roles, I supported customers through chat, email, and voice, and handled day-to-day support as well as more escalated or complex issues. I’ve also worked closely with internal teams and leadership to make sure concerns are resolved properly and in line with service standards and quality guidelines. A big part of my work involved guiding customers through onboarding and account setup, processing orders, refunds, and service requests, and making sure everything was handled accurately and efficiently. I’ve always been focused on resolving issues quickly and professionally, while keeping communication clear and empathetic. I’m also used to maintaining accurate customer records and escalating complex cases when required, especially when something needs deeper investigation or coordination across teams. On the tools side, I’ve worked with CRM and helpdesk platforms similar to Zendesk, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Even if the systems were different, the workflows are very familiar to me—ticket handling, tracking customer interactions, managing queues, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. hence, I’d say that adapting to new systems and tools would not be s challenge. Even with my senior-level background, I see it as a strong foundation rather than something I’m trying to move away from. It actually built my core in customer service and taught me how important consistency, patience, and proper communication are in every interaction. That said, I’m very open and intentional about starting my remote career from the ground up if needed. |
