Stratify VA is building a reliable team of Filipino virtual professionals for U.S. businesses.

We’re looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist who can help us consistently find and connect with businesses that could benefit from a virtual assistant or remote support team.

This isn’t a basic VA position. We’re looking for someone who understands prospecting, outreach, follow-up, lead qualification, and appointment setting.

What you’ll do
-Research and identify potential U.S. business clients
-Build targeted prospect lists
-Find decision-makers and accurate contact information
-Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn/social outreach
-Follow up consistently with prospects
-Qualify interested businesses
-Book qualified appointments on the founder’s calendar
-Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline records
-Track outreach, responses, appointments, and opportunities
-Provide a simple daily activity report
-Test different outreach approaches and improve what works

Who we’re looking for

-Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, SDR, B2B sales, or business development
-Strong written and spoken English
-Comfortable communicating with U.S. business owners
-Good research and prospecting skills
-Organized and consistent with follow-ups
-Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and prospecting tools
-Self-motivated—you don’t need someone constantly checking on you
-Results-oriented and willing to be measured by outcomes
